Warning! You are probably being scammed. The phone number is a bunch of software people pretending to fix your computer. If you got this number you probably enter the wrong URL. I typed Brothers Printers instead of Brother Printers. That s on Brother made the difference. Fortunately I caught on before I sent them any money.
BEWARE!! This company tried to scam me out of $85 telling me that I had viruses and malware on my computer. I called my IT person and they checked my computer and there were no viruses or malware on my computer since I have a built in system to protect me. . Be careful they say they are Hewlett Packard , they ARE NOT. They are not in the USA. They are trying to scam people and take their money. I was able to fix the problem myself!
I am a caregiver for a quadriplegic who is currently in a broken down Quantum Edge. We have not been able to get anyone to send the paperwork to start service and initiate a replacement (after 5 yrs). It’s bad enough having to quarantine at home much less suffering with a wheelchair that is so bad my client now has cuts and bruises from broken parts. What is wrong with people? No conscience?
I have always had good service at Byrd AT until recently, and have had no complaints. However, since initiating the process of ordering a new power chair last September, things have not been good. Duncan told me in about December that he’d had trouble with his billing clerk not submitting paperwork to Medicare, and at the end of January, that he had just submitted the preauthorization request himself and would call me in 2 weeks with an update.
