Ms. Latonya Wells was very helpful and a ray of sunshine. The unit was clean. The process was very smooth and easy.

The unit sits in a decent location, however when I arrived, my code didn’t work, had to call customer service for a temporary code. Then once I arrived at the unit, it wasn’t available for entry. Had a red lock that said see manager. Again, had to call customer service to resolve. They ended up switching to a different t unit, but the unit was occupied although there wasn’t pa lock on it.
