This company is ripping me off, ripping off my insurance company and has no way of escalating issues! This is straight fraud! My insurance covers one breast pump, I ordered one of the best ones they offer through Byram, which my health insurance told me to do. I got a confirmation email with the model and everything, but the wrong pump showed up. A pump that is discontinued and had terrible reviews. It seems impossible for them to get my order shipped on time. almost always late. I have had to go more than a month without my cgm in the year I have been ordering from them. It is so bad I want to change healthcare providers so I don't have to deal with byram
Absolutely the worst company of any type that I have done business with. For the 6 months I have tried wo work with them EVERY SINGLE ORDER of which there is at least 1 per month is wrong or has a billing/shipping problem. THEY ARE HORRIBLE....do not choose them.
Incompetent; difficult for health care workers to navigate, let alone the average individual. I was unfortunately referred to Byram DME when expecting my first child. Stay As Far away as you can from Byram!! I have no idea how they are still in business, supplies are ALWAYS late. There is no accountability on anyones part and customer service is ATROCIOUS. Live chat, phone call, email you name it you will NEVER get help if something goes wrong (and with Byram expect EVERYTHING to go wrong. This is by far the worst company to go through when choosing your breast pump! Their customer service team as well as their order processing team are simply not capable of processing an order without difficulties and rather than coming up with a resolution they lie about having helped you and tell you everything is okay with your account but then they give send you invoices to pay for your breast pump. I think that Byram Healthcare does not care about about My health or anyone's healthcare. My small box of urostomy supplies ( about a foot square ) is costing nearly a thousand dollars a month and yet with all of the profit that comes with overpriced prosthetic appliances they still care nothing for the patients. Out of nowhere my supplies were cut inhalf. Them for two months straight NO supplies at all. Them I get a phone call that they closed my account. I am a very sick person. I need all of my supplies. I can’t believe how bad they stall on orders for life saving medical technology.. I placed an automated order on Monday of last week. They did not notify me, but apparently they switched to a new infusion set and needed my approval to send it out, again I was not notified. So on Friday I called them to ask what was going on and they told me this information and would send it out immediately.
