Customer service is horrible. They sent me supplies without my approval. I called them asking for the price and they told me that I could not sent the products back! Be very careful!

Stay away from this company. Someone ordered medical supplies and had them sent to my home. I turned the supplies over to the home nursing company that was treating my leg conditions and stopped service with home nursing that day. Bryan is billing me for the supplies that I did not order and did not use. I ask them several times to find out who ordered the supplies and bill them. Bryan has now turn the bill over to a collection agency. I have informed Byram and the collection agency that I refuse to pay the bill. Beware - s... read more

I have tried working with Byram for years to no avail. They say they'll do one thing and never do. Impossible to get supplies on time and constantly having to REUSE resevoirs and tubing to STRETCH it out until we finally get them to work with us and our doctor's office. They contstantly are asking for "chart notes" even after the doctor's office has sent them. Supplies are ALWAYS delayed and my diabetic husband has to go back to syringes just to get insulin injections instead of being able to use his pump. I have nothing... read more

All I wanted was some CGMs to monitor my blood sugar levels. My insurance directed me to Byram Healthcare and gave me an impression I would save money going through them. All went well, got 6 sensors that I thought were covered, then I got a bill for $1050. The sensors I use are normally less than $70 each at any CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc. without insurance. Insurance covered $105 for the 6, but turns out that Byram charged $192.50 per sensor. When signing up with them, they don't state any prices, and the insurance c... read more

Disappointing. After a change in insurance I was somewhat *forced* to use Byram. EVERY interaction has been difficult. EVERY order has been wrong, regardless of whether placed over the phone & information repeated "confirmed" or if I place through the website. I have been dealing with trying to get a refund, due to overpayment by me, for nearly A YEAR. Initial bill came from Redmond, WA, secondary billing from White Plains. If you can use another provider, do.
