Customer service is horrible. They sent me supplies without my approval. I called them asking for the price and they told me that I could not sent the products back! Be very careful!

Stay away from this company. Someone ordered medical supplies and had them sent to my home. I turned the supplies over to the home nursing company that was treating my leg conditions and stopped service with home nursing that day. Bryan is billing me for the supplies that I did not order and did not use. I ask them several times to find out who ordered the supplies and bill them. Bryan has now turn the bill over to a collection agency. I have informed Byram and the collection agency that I refuse to pay the bill. Beware - s... read more

I have tried working with Byram for years to no avail. They say they'll do one thing and never do. Impossible to get supplies on time and constantly having to REUSE resevoirs and tubing to STRETCH it out until we finally get them to work with us and our doctor's office. They contstantly are asking for "chart notes" even after the doctor's office has sent them. Supplies are ALWAYS delayed and my diabetic husband has to go back to syringes just to get insulin injections instead of being able to use his pump. I have nothing... read more

All I wanted was some CGMs to monitor my blood sugar levels. My insurance directed me to Byram Healthcare and gave me an impression I would save money going through them. All went well, got 6 sensors that I thought were covered, then I got a bill for $1050. The sensors I use are normally less than $70 each at any CVS, Walgreens, Costco, etc. without insurance. If anyone wants to join me in starting a lawsuit against these jerks at byram healthcare then get ahold of me at five zero three five four four six five five three and leave a text message, and number or email and I'll get back ahold of you. Let's put these jerks that don't give a **** about their customers. They only care about lining their wallets. I am soooo sick to death of these people who don't have a clue how to run a business. So let's go get them for everything we can.

This company is terrible!! Orders for much needed medical supplies are often late and it's IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone for customer service. I am forced to interact with them because of my insurance, but I do NOT recommend them at all. They don't seem to care at all about the sick people they are providing medical supplies to.

In the Fall of 2020 Byram sent my account to collections for a February 2020 supply shipment for which they never sent me a ****. I called them and the call was dropped twice while I was on hold and each time there was a long wait to reconnect with a representative. When I finally spoke to a representative they agreed I hadn't been billed for the shipment and removed the account from the collection agency. They told me my breast pump would be covered by insurance, sent it to me, and then billed me saying it wasnt. I didnt open it, tried to return it and was told that it would be covered and they just need doctors proof of need. I asked where to send that to and they changed their story to it not being covered again and they wont take it back. I ended up paying $165 fora breast pump when I could have bought one myself for less. False advertising all around and terrible customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is unhelpful and unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I was talked at like garbage by the representative. They refused to **** workers comp and demanded we pay them or they would turn it over to collections. Their website is difficult to navigate. I was contacted by phone, email and text message to re order supplies.
