Just got my supplies via Fed Express, very unhappy. I called Byram to confirm my order. I spoke to a gentleman with a very heavy Indian accent, I couldn't understand his name. I asked him a half dozen times if I was going to get my complete order which consisted of about 7 or 8 items, I told him I had added two new items, he assured me I would. I find so far the website to be very bad, the customer service has been lacking and overall I'm not very pleased so far. Very complicated to get started with Byram

Horrible. After almost a month and hours on the phone with different Reps, I never received anything but headaches. I clearly got the impression that their DEI values were a lot more important to them than their customers. Nothing they said they would do was ever actually done. ZERO integrity. I contacted to another company finally, had great customer service, nice reps and received my needed supplies within a few days. I do not recommend Byman in the least. I wish I could give zero stars.
