Zero communication what so ever. They do what they please and leave you to try and figure out what happened to your order. Absolutely infuriating how much time I have to spend to get the supplies I need. It has been 8 days since I ordered from them, supplies have been received but I still don't know how much I owe them????
I have never heard of this company and they sent me a bill that was dated October of 2025. They said they sent supplies to my Dr. and then during the conversation they said they sent them to me. Huh!!! So they want me to pay for something that happened over 9 months ago???? Neither my wife or I remember receiving anything from this company. Then out the clear blue skies I get a bill that says this bill is due July 22, 2026. I paid all my bills either to my Dr. or to the hospital. I just wanted to give Byram Healthcare a shout out for excellent customer care. I ordered the wrong item and called them and they immediately shipped out replacements. No restocking fees or shipping fees. Just great customer service. Have used them for a few months for Ostomy supplies and only complaint is wait times on the phones but honestly that is everywhere. So far they have been great. Quick service and shipping.
I ordered a breast pump about a month ago. I just contacted customer service and turns out they needed the prescription. They said they contacted my provider, but my provider said that they have no been contacted. I double checked the provider information it is correct. Even then I had not been made aware of the issue. When trying to communicate with the customer service representative Ankit, he was extremely unhelpful, took a long time to respond, and I had to ask the same question multiple times before he'd respond.
