I love that they make it easy with online ordering. You can choose to have shipments sent automatically or go online and click re-order. I think the communication is not well organized, I had a return and a replacement order, and the new order shipping date was changed 4 times, with no notification or explanation, it has been over a month, and I do not have that order yet.
