Very disappointed in the customer service. I was told in order to cancel my subscription I had to do it online. Nowhere in the website did it allow me to cancel. Left messages numerous tim3s to no avail. Finally closed my debit card at the bank so they couldn't charge it. I have seen multiple complaints of the same nature.
the guy who talks to the driver to ask which service you want seems to not want to use the power washer he seems to just go thru the motion, sad. It is a good set up with a fair price and there is no reason that they can not provide a good satisfying service. I may try them again how ever if the fella who collects my money drops the power washer before completing the driver side of my vehicle I just simply will not return again.
