illegally repossessed my vehicle, violated my rights when i asked to pay the balance they did not respond. stay away from these guys they seem nice but do not care about you.
Made an appointment to see the car and drove an hour and a half out. When we got there the whole lot was covered in ice and snow. No sand or rock salt was thrown out, we both almost fell multiple times. No one greeted us, introduced themselves, or shook our hands. The car we made an appointment to see wasn’t even cleared off from ice and snow, had NO gas in it, and was stuck in the lot because it wasn’t cleared.
