Bypass Orthotics are overcharging Medicare by several hundreds of dollars for a plastic wrist brace that can be purchased elsewhere for much less than $100. That's our tax money wasted! Secondly, they are billing me for two items when I only received one. Thirdly, they have sent multiple bills for services Medicare and my Medigap insurance have already paid in full. Overall not a good experience and possible fraud. I do not recommend. Google would not let me post this review unless I gave it one star.

Never even went to this office EVER got an invoice in mail and these doctors billed my insurance and collected money from them . Beware of insurance fraud. They received my insurance information from my surgeons office to possibly order a prosthetic if necessary . Needless to say the billing department is so mixed up they called me in May 2025 to ask when I’m having surgery 🤔crazy !!! I already had surgery back in March but they didn’t bother to READ my file. I called and asked SPECIFICALLY if they carried a "Breg Polar Care Wave" . They said they had it, but when I arrived, what they presented me with was not the same unit I had asked for. They wasted 1 hour of my time. The lack of precision in managing -medical supplies - is troubling.

I had a machine delivered after a surgery from this company, and while the machine itself was in great condition, and the delivery person was very kind, the person who I spoke with to coordinate, was unprovokingly rude about a billing mixup that was their fault. I definitely understand that mistakes happen, but the cavalier and frankly offensive response to the mistake was not okay.
