We had a trailer tire blow out on AR-19 near Prescott, AR, and had to take our truck to Bypass Diesel & Wrecker Services. After the repair, we had an EFS payment-system issue and explained that we needed a few extra minutes to resolve it. Instead of working with us, they threatened to lock our truck inside until Monday unless we paid within 5 minutes and added a $187 after-hours charge. This is the worst company. I do not recommend them to anyone. They handle vehicles very carelessly, scratching and damaging them. On top of that, they have put up signs around their own property and intentionally block drivers with their tow trucks. Then they demand $500 before they will move. They are very rude and don’t even want to talk or help. Stay away from this company.

I’ve had 3 interactions with bypass All of which were ridiculously poor One time they worked on my Truck and broke a piece of the suspension And I had to argue with them to get them to put the right part back on they even suggested using a used part And then when they went with the new part, they went with a cheaper aftermarket part Then another I stopped in to see if they could put one bolt And one nut on the back of my trailer and they said they had to charge me a minimum rate which added up to be about $350 or something t... read more

I've had to use these folks twice now coming through Prescott ar. Once I was at their shop and I was referred to them by loves across the street. The second time was today on the roadside referred to them by another service company who knew they didn't have the part. These folks are always friendly and the guys know what they are doing and never seem to be screwing around wasting your time. 10 out of 10 I will always recommend these folks.

In and out within 30 minutes getting a trailer tire replaced. Good staff and service crew!
