Staff were extremely nice, informative, helpful, and understanding. Matthew was very kind and gave us a great price for our totaled car. They even found my id card in the car and called me so I could pick it up.
Very kind thoughtful and overall great service. Even though it is a pull your own part business., Do to my disability, I was not able to pull a wheel and tire for a spare for my vehicle. One of the employees went out of his way to pull it for me abd refused a tip altogether. I would highly recommend this place!
Upstanding and really make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Jordan, the GM is a good dude. Highly recommend. They will do you right, or make it right.
