Calling to get a quote on having the 4 remaining sparkplugs replaced and the broken EGR pipe replaced and whoever answered the phone had a real attitude problem. Almost like We were bothering him by calling. I had changed 2 of the 6 plugs but one is stripped and the other 3 are hard to get and are stuck and the guy on the phone was real snippy like People forget they need to drop the engine to access the back plugs.
