The practice is impossible to get into. From stating that their fax fails repeatedly to not being willing to look at dates to see if a referral was sent, my blood pressure went up just trying to schedule an appointment. If you don’t want new patients, just say so. If you want new patients, get more willing, helpful people to do the scheduling.
Dr. Tripathi is the best, he is very caring and understanding.
