Eric and his team have been my auto mechanic for about several years now. I have both vehicles serviced by BYOC. They always are professional, courtesy, honest, and very competent. I take my mk7 GTI there all the time now! All the people working here are great! They treat you like family and constantly keeps you updated on your car. They communicate well about the reason this or that happened, or why they need to do this procedure and the estimated time of the whole repair. Domingo does really well with the communications!
