I have to say I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative comments I’ve seen on Facebook about the 6 week challenge. Mike is one of the most transparent/supportive trainers I’ve met thus far ! Unfortunately, due to family issues I couldn’t complete the program but I had a great few weeks that I trained there. I hope to return soon !
