Franklin personally took our case and asked for the consultation fee up front, and scheduled the appointment. We tried for two days to reach him because our confirmation email was never sent. He waited untill less than one hour before our consultation to cancel our appointment. We had already taken off work costing us a days pay each ( which is much more than the fee itself), and now we are having to wait on a refund before we can attempt to pay another lawyer.
