I hired Lauren Bynum in February of 2020. As of the beginning of March 2020 she had not filed any of the things I had asked her to do in my custody case. When I called and spoke with her about something that needed filed she said "Oh yeah I was going to do that"??? I would call to make an appointment and it would have to be for 10 or 12 days down the road. Lauren may seem like she will represent a child appropriately in court in the beginning, but what comes next is abominable. Lauren’s office is ill-equipped to handle billing. I have asked multiple times for a complete fee break down, and still have yet to receive it. Lauren does not promote equality in her approach with both parents of a child, nor does she provide a comprehensive unity in her communication with both parents. Lauren Bynum helped a friend through her divorce and I was impressed to see how she took care of my friend throughout the entire process. Thank you for taking such good care of your clients! I can tell that it is important to you that all involved are treated fairly.
