Although staff were kind, I was incredibly frustrated with the entire experience at Bynum. Firstly, I completed new patient paperwork online and they got still me in 30 minutes after my appointment started. No big deal, I can look past that. But the primary reason I am leaving a 1-star review is that at the END of my eye exam they inform me that they do not accept my vision insurance, just medical. I was frustrated in writing my first review and I'm unable to edit it. I love Robin and her office does a complete exam with the newest and best technology. However, if your expecting your PD (measures the distance between your pupils) with your prescription to order glasses online, the Texas Optometry Board states that PD is not part of your prescription in Texas. Therefore, any office you visit in Texas is not required to give you the PD. I've received my PD at other offices but not here, for me, personally, it's frustrat... read more
I love Robin and her office does a complete exam with the newest and best technology. However, I'm giving 1 star because of the staff. Robin and I talked about getting my prescription to order glasses on Zenni. The staff refuses to give me and my daughter our PD which measures the distance between your pupils. Also, I've sent an email to Robin and a staff member called me back. I've called to talk to Robin or leave a message for her to call me and staff will not let me talk to her.
