Hired this company for house cleaning; no one ever showed up to do the work and it took several weeks to get a refund. Today, they showed up without contacting me claiming I signed up for a monthly cleaning service. Which of course I did - I just had already canceled it. Now they’re refusing a refund. I would avoid this company at all costs.
0/5 stars - we used ByNext for laundry services (drop off and pick up). It wasn’t particularly impressive but it did the job. I dealt with billing nonsense from them - they billed me for rugs when all they washed were towels 🙄 We decided to try them for house cleaning services. Immediately upon booking we were charged in full which wouldn’t have been a problem IF they had shown up. They didn’t.
