This company is terrible. Once I finally received my order, I needed to exchange sizes because the sizing references on their website is flat out wrong. Their policy is that once the items are dropped off, the new items will ship within 2-3 days. After waiting almost a week, I have yet to be contacted regarding the order. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I placed an order with BYLT on August 8 for over $150 worth of clothing. It has now been a full week, and my order STILL has not shipped.
