Calling Bylo Acres is one of the best things we done when looking for someone to fix our driveway. When I called Bylo Acres a nice young lady named LeAnn answered the phone and I told her I was wanting an estimate to fix our driveway. She said Ron is busy at the moment but I will have him call you as soon as he is available. Ron returned my phone call promptly and asked what we were wanting done with our driveway. We hired Ron and his crew to find a drainage solution for our home in Crocker, Mo. He buried 5 drain spout lines, dug out a wide ditch at the end of our drive and graded the side and back of the property to drain water away from our home's foundation. He also added large rock to the ditch to prevent erosion and covered the affected lawn areas with grass seed and straw covering. Ron gave us a bid on our driveway and explained exactly what his methods were. I did get another quote from someone else that was lower, but his methods were a bit more in line with grading and dumping gravel. The other guy was cheaper (by around $300), but it was like an apples to oranges comparison. Ron and Fred brought their new power rake that chewed up the humps in the driveway, leveling as it went, while churning up the gravel that had been embedded. Although I haven't personally had work done by Bylo Acres, their exceptional customer service compelled me to write a review! I called yesterday, mistakenly thinking they serviced my area in Columbia, as they primarily work in Jeff City and the Ozarks. Leanne answered the phone and immediately impressed me with her friendliness and helpfulness.
