I gave the teller 3 20 dollar bills and asked for a 50 and a 20 dollar in exchange. I asked what did this have to do with my account and he replied it was a federal policy. I called the bank when I got home and she explained they cannot help if do not have an account with them according to their policy. Wow, there is a fine way to acquire new customers!
