I parked and wait for the bank to be open. They come out and asked me to move. Very rude!

Terrible bank terrible experience
I went in to do one thing- order new debit cards. The branch manager said he would order them and I should receive them in 7-10 days. I checked a week later, and he never even ordered them. Now I have to spend more time on fixing this issue. Not cool.
