I went in to do one thing- order new debit cards. The branch manager said he would order them and I should receive them in 7-10 days. I checked a week later, and he never even ordered them. Now I have to spend more time on fixing this issue. Not cool.
Primera vez en ese banco que va mi esposo y tuvo mala experiencia el estaba en deliver de su trabajo y quizo pasar rápido hacer un deposito.En su trabajo ocupa su uniforme y el tenia puesto su gorra, olvido quitársela, y al entrar ,una mujer que trabaja ahí le alzó la voz modo agresiva que se quitara la gorra será que fue racista!!.Si se le olvido quitar su gorra pero porque hablarle con ese tono agresiva cuando pudo decirle de mejor manera,Es así como tratan a las personas?
