Trying to open an account using a FDIC insured cashier's check from the US government and its been an absolute nightmare. Have went in personally to check a couple times and just get told conflicting stories everytime. Shady and awful customer service. Ill be closing my account immediately. Incompetence at its finest. Edit: branch manager reached out to me today (shocker) shouldn't have to be this difficult. Time will tell if its lip service or genuine.

Sue could use better customer service, my first impression was, you could come to me and greet me not speak loudly across the bank.... First time here and I was ready to walk out.... she seamed like she did not want to inform me on anything I had interest in.... she said here you go and gave me a Pamphlet. So not impressed. I was given a referral to come here to invest but maybe I'll talk my money elsewhere who wants new customers.... Hope she gets better after her 17 years experience with customers.
