The worst bank ever.
I have had nothing but excellent interactions with both tellers and personal bankers at this branch. When I first moved to town to care for my parents and was trying to sort out the mess they made of their accounts the personal banker, Zain, was extremely helpful. The staff are friendly, remember me even when it's been a few months since I've been into the branch and always ask how my parents are doing. I have used Byline Bank for over a decade (including under its previous names). This is fourth different branch I chosen to use, having moved to the area in 2019. Their service has gone dramatically down hill recently, including our two most recent visit there. Sadly, after 20+ years as their loyal customer, I am now shopping for a new bank. 3 weeks have passed since I first reported my lost debit card and asked for it to be replaced.
