The part was a day late according to their silly website BUT I still received the part the next day! (Which was okay) If I traveled to their Charleston Hub I would have had it that day, I just misunderstand their pickup and shipping turn around times. The part is GM branded but GM only has one plant that manufactures this part and it’s located in Germany. Thank you NAPA!
Ordered oil and filter for my truck today online. Very quick response from my local NAPA store and the counter man was very helpful when I picked up my order. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Called to make sure they had a part they said they did. Spent $40 to get there to get it. I told him FRONT rotor. They didn’t have it. Waste of time and money. First time here and LAST! Update. I called the number and spoke to customer support regarding the matter. She asked what transpired and i told her. She suggested $40 reimbursement and called the Greenup Ave store in Ashland. Great place. There is no other parts store I'd rather go to, especially for hard to find parts for older vehicles. Carl definitely knows what he's doing and can get you what you need. Great service.
