I deal with many vendors and suppliers. My experience with Mike Hooper and Byler has been absolutely outstanding. If I am ever looking to purchase fasteners and supplies, they have more than earned our business.
After trying to find a place to do my tool repair, I called this company in spoke to a person named Mitchel. He answered every question very thoroughly and was super helpful in directing me on what to do. These guys are professionals and I’ll be calling them back for all future repairs.
Always had good business with them until this past week when UPS didn't deliver my order so im out the money with no rivets. And the only way that byler will reship them is if i pay for them again. Which i think is unfair to me the customer. I think they should refund my money or resend me what i already paid for and handle THEIR issue with UPS
