RecommendedUnfortunately tonight we had to have you guys come out and put down our horse with a broken leg. The Care he received was outstanding. We called over 20 places and no one was available on a Sunday. You called us back and said you would come even though my sister lived farther then you would normally travel. Thank you for coming and helping him pass peacefully. We appreciate it more then you will ever know.
I’ve used byland a couple of times in the past and never had an issue. Until this past weekend when you’re on call vet decided to basically tell me I was stupid and wasn’t taking the best care of my horse. If I wanted you to come Monday morning I would have waited or let a voice mail for the office. I had a vet look at my animal the day I bought her and took her home and followed his instructions to a T. My mom who takes care of my horse when I can’t make it up noticed she was acting a bit off. We came back to Byland about a year ago after a long absence, we had moved and used a vet closer for many years. After the care at the other vet horribly declined, we made the switch back to Byland. When I called to inquire about emergency services, i was assured there would always be someone available. We needed to know that. I can't say enough good things about this vet clinic and their staff. I have been using them for over 20 years and they are: compassionate, knowledgeable and caring. A truly nice group of people.
They were there for us when we found a critically injured car victim cat on a road near my home. I was impressed by their concerns both for the welfare of the animal and the safety of all of us in "Covid-land".
My 19 year old cat had a problem with one of her ears. She was scratching it so hard, she was crying. She wouldn't stop. Byland was able to see her right away. I'm so thankful for them. They have been excellent with all of my animals.
I take my pets there because they are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The Drs and staff care for their patients as if they were their own.
Took care of our needs in a timely manner. They cared about the outcome of the animal, and followed up later. Thanks
