If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with this agency. From the start, I spoke with a woman named Leslie who gave me two options: pay the invoice or dispute it. I told her I wanted to dispute it because we couldn’t afford it at the moment. Leslie from BYL companies deserves to be fired. I’ve never met anyone so snobby or rude in my life. I’m not understanding how a simple phone call and request could be blown out of proportion as bad as she had. She closed the account that was associated when NO ONE told her to. I had a “debt” with a previous apartment. I “destroyed” their couch - sent in a dispute with proof it was in perfect condition before I left. I called numerous times - many times left on the line for hours and got nowhere, other time had unhelpful and rude people, other times I had what seemed as “nice and helpful” people but they did very little to help me I soon came to realize. Called with full Intentions of paying off a small debt for someone else.This was not even my debt.Was treated rude and Agent would not answer my question of amount that my card was going to be billed and how many times they would bill it.Did no feel comftorbale with them having my card number on file,so decided to let the debt stay in collections.
