This place is fake don't waste your time, all lies and they scam people
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered with this agency. From the start, I spoke with a woman named Leslie who gave me two options: pay the invoice or dispute it. I told her I wanted to dispute it because we couldn’t afford it at the moment. She immediately shut me down, saying that’s not a valid reason and that I couldn’t dispute it for financial hardship. Leslie from BYL companies deserves to be fired. I’ve never met anyone so snobby or rude in my life. I’m not understanding how a simple phone call and request could be blown out of proportion as bad as she had. She closed the account that was associated when NO ONE told her to. I had a “debt” with a previous apartment. I “destroyed” their couch - sent in a dispute with proof it was in perfect condition before I left. I called numerous times - many times left on the line for hours and got nowhere, other time had unhelpful and rude people, other times I had what seemed as “nice and helpful” people but they did very little to help me I soon came to realize.
