Great spot for a workout. I've done both spin classes and strength training and been very impressed with the instructors. It's a beautiful space and almost feels like biking through a garden while cycling.
I love the open floor strength training classes at BYKlyn. The community is great, and it's beginner-friendly. You'll leave feeling stronger than you came in.
I usually go for Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and the Lower body + core strength series. I recommend them all!
I tried their 2 week unlimited trial after seeing an ad on Instagram and what drew me in was their open air rooftop spin classes. I had started going to spin classes regularly a few months before that and really enjoyed them but they're usually in a dark room with neon lights which is fun in a different way but I always need ear plugs because the music is too loud although it does energize and motivate me.
