I love coming here to see Glen for all sorts of reasons. Jewelry/watch cleaning, adding charms to bracelets, appraisals, etc. He is extremely friendly and helpful and always takes great care of his customers. After coming here I would have very hard time going anywhere else for something he's able to do.
Glen is the best jeweler in the Chicago area. I bought a Journey necklace from Zales which they could not upgrade for another year of marriage even though the necklace is designed to be upgraded. Zales forgot they sold these necklaces after Christmas as did Kays. Glen is upgrading the necklace at a reasonable cost even. Glen is one of the old family jewelers who take pride in their work. The chains just sell stuff for the seasons but forget you after the sale is over.
Glen has been in business for as long as I can remember and I take all my repairs to him. I just had a ring designed and made - and it's beautiful. He is one of the nicest guys you'll meet! Definetly would recommend.
