Truth behind the discount card lie and the result of greedy drug companys. Recently used the byhalia drug company and they had been a member of the wellrx discount program. That helps with discount on medications. Apon using the discount card they said they don't accept discount cards. And i informed them that its on their website. And that is false advertising and then they decided to process the discount witch turn out to be 22$ for the medication otherwise would have been over 50$ for 2 medication. Always pleasant, knowledgeable, and have not made any mistakes.
My doctor confirmed they sent my prescriptions to Byhalia Drugs at 10am on 10/21/2025. After I got to Byhalia Drug to pick up, they said they never receive the prescriptions from the doctor office. Then I called the doctor office again, they said they resent 2nd times. Two hours later I called Byhalia Drugs again, they still said not receive and asked me to call my doctor again the 3rd time :( So where the miscommunication and good customer service here?
