Appalling customer service, doctor seems like a real piece of work based on reviews and the phone call I had. Would not recommend this clinic don't waste your time or money.
I've been with Dr Prasad both before & after his move from Gosnells practice. I followed him to his new practice where overtime everything changed. He went from being a very caring Dr to one that seems totally indifferent & started charging for everything although pensioners did get a discount. Appointment wait times were terrible even with an appointment you were still waiting sometimes 45 minutes, I agree with the administration rudeness and total lack of empathy, after being with him for years1of the front desk staff said... read more
