The receptionist were lovely and they managed to squeeze me in short notice! However I had my 2nd seizure episode in the car park nearby I was scared and vulnerable I went to the closest medical Centre because I was very shaken up and didn’t know what to do! SEPTEMBER 2025 Unfortnately this practice has changed since we first starting visiting and now cannot even manage proper communication with patients. Im sad to leave my gp who is excellent, however have had to move on , the issues with admin and practice manager have been too much to deal with. Candie Lee is an excellent gp and i wish her well navigating this difficult task via the new management and changes. Do not make a phone appointment. On 2 seperate occasions they have not called me for a phone appointment. I respected the establishment and did not go to their premises while positive with Covid and they did not follow through with their commitment to a phone appointment. Next time I will be going in with Covid and no mask.
