I would not recommend buying used here. After buying the car (2025 Camry) everything looked great but after washing the car one time there was an large amount of scratches on the hood of the car that were not visible at the time of purchase. I ended up getting the car buffed and polished through a trusted detailer and was told that is possible the dealership could have used a concealer/filler for the scratches. Byers Toyota has earned my 5 stars. At first, I was hesitant due to their process, not necessarily their people. The people are good people, they seem to care about their customers. I had purchased a nice limited 4Runner pre-owned, some lights lit up a couple days after purchase and it seems to have been related to a repair they made before selling and they stood by the repair and resolved it. Bought a 2022 Toyota 4Runner Limited from Colton back in January and received fantastic service. The last 4 vehicles I have owned have been Toyotas and 4Runners are one of the best vehicles I've ever had. Colton did a great job, provided exceptional service and treated me better than "just a customer". It's staff like him that helps the make the Toyota brand exceptional. Highly recommend those reading reviews to visit the dealership.
Jordan in sales was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The finance manager was fine as well. I purchased a 2022 Toyota 4Runner Limited. Unfortunately, the overall process left a lot to be desired. They only had one or two finance managers working, so after agreeing to purchase the vehicle I had to wait about 45 minutes just to begin the paperwork. Taylor Young was phenomenal! First time I’ve ever sat down with a car salesman and genuinely thought that they were trying to help me. He was honest and down to earth, and made the purchase a lot of fun as opposed to other experiences I’ve had at dealerships in the Delaware area. Will definitely be back to get my next car from him!
