I purchased a 2018 Acura TLX in September. The salesman Taylor was AMAZING, he was the only positive part of my car buying experience. After purchasing, they lie about sending you your title. I’ve been lied to TWICE now and told that my title was mailed and still haven’t received it. Good luck getting ahold of a manager or anyone in finance!!! Even when you leave a message they don’t return your calls!! I won’t be recommending this dealer to anyone.
Recently bought a 2014 F-150 from this dealer. The buying process was smooth and they were more than willing to improve my trade in (Kia K5) as well as some discounts to sweeten the deal. Truck had some mechanical issues that I fixed with a local shop that I trust. One of the issues that was agreed upon being purchased was a water leak coming from the rear window of the truck cab.
