Kyle was my sales guy. He was very patient with me, on when I could come in w my trade. Good deal with my trade . Just a very positive experience. The guy named Tony(maybe) on new sales side is a little intimidating , kinda freaked me out for a sec. Lucky I went to wrong building .

I specifically asked if vehicle was smoked in and they said no. After interior detail wore off smelled like smoke. Have also found cigarette burns and damage in the vehicle since purchase. Smoke smell is not something you don’t notice but it is something you cover up like they did.
Shane is the man. I came from Louisville Ky for a Highlander and he explained how things work so I wouldn’t waste a trip. He was friendly and service oriented and was a pleasure to work with which you rarely hear about in new or used cars. You won’t go wrong with Shane.
