We had our new vehicle at the dealership for service. An unknown employee stole all of our quarters and most of the nickels from our center console. Extremely disappointed that an employee would do this. This eroded and destroyed an otherwise great working relationship. I’d use caution patronizing this dealership as their HR interviewed all involved and could not fire anyone due to a lack of evidence. This is not a mistake - this was criminal activity that has zero excuses. I don’t give second chances to deliberate actions.
I was in for a recall. They were fast and courteous.
