I was quoted for a driveshaft over the phone and when I came to pick it up they charged me $200 more. I understand there would be a charge for tax. However, the parts department claimed it was for the front, but when I called I never mentioned the front driveshaft just the rear. That was also the part that was ordered and picked up. I had a very bad experience the last 2 times with service. Last time I scheduled service 2 weeks in advance for a part replacement just to be told on the day of the appointment that they never ordered the part and that they didn't have it in stock so they cancelled. They blamed this on internal miscommunication between the person who scheduled the service and the specialist that gave me the initial quote for this service.
