Asked 3 times for a quote and never returned, lady at front desk very rude upon answering and on phone, really wanted to spend money local but after this experience I’ll be going else where customer service matters

We have been grateful for Scott's expertise and support since first meeting him 15+ years ago. When he progressed to opening his own business, we lost track of him for awhile and thankfully reestablished contact. Scott not only knows the business of pools and equipment inside out, he has a caring heart.
