Outstanding service. Extremely reliable and thoughtful. A pipe froze and drained the tub while I was away, and they responded quickly to fix the issue. They even brought a space heater to prevent further damage, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend.
We have been grateful for Scott's expertise and support since first meeting him 15+ years ago. When he progressed to opening his own business, we lost track of him for awhile and thankfully reestablished contact. Scott not only knows the business of pools and equipment inside out, he has a caring heart. Very reasonable people to deal with. Sales and support are as good as you will get. If you work with Scott and Colleen they are more then willing to reciprocate. Started out as a business arrangement and feel as if I found some new friends too. Good work guys!
Asked 3 times for a quote and never returned, lady at front desk very rude upon answering and on phone, really wanted to spend money local but after this experience I’ll be going else where customer service matters
Wow, 5 stars plus. Scott came and repaired our hot tub, communication was amazing throughout the process. We are so happy to have found someone we can trust again for sales/repairs after a bad experience with a competitor in the area.
