The work on the vehicle was good. Among other things, they installed a new infotainment screen but didn’t check if the usb port that connects phones to the system worked. The port doesn’t work so I have to take it back to get that fixed before the system becomes usable for what I need. Overall, the customer service from the reps I interfaced with wasn’t great.
Service was fine. Fast and complete.
