They add charges to your account after fixing things they're supposed to be responsible for. Then threaten to evict you when you refuse to pay it. Poor customer service skills overall.
Worst rental company ever! They are so lazy! I've never lived at an apartment so lazy before! It's no different than living an a good apartment! They will wait 4-5 weeks to fix anything! They charged me for trash that isn't even mine! The washer and dryer doesn't work. The windows literally come off! So I guess if I get robbed they can just walk on in! This place is absolutely worthless. I’ve contacted them several times to get my window fixed that is literally broken off the hinges due to it being so old. And they lied and said they’ve tried to contact me but I’ve never had a miss call. Our realtors changed over and to them and they did a horrible job with changing over. They’re saying we owe a second security deposit which I’ve called 6 times to get fixed and it hasn’t. The one lady I talked was extremely rude and did not care about anything I had to say.
