The service department is capable and the technician did a great job identifying the issue. My problem is I have an extended warranty, I made an appointment on Friday just before the warranty expired, and when I came in to the appointment on Monday, I was over the warranty mileage, and they wouldn’t honor this under warranty.
New 2025 F150 second truck purchased from Byers both good experiences. New truck in for minor adjustment. Tiffany scheduled me right in. Problem fixed, No charge of course. Good communication. Recommend Byers Delaware.
Great service and people. Will return for next service.
