I paid Byers Fence to put an entrance gate at my home and it never worked right so I was told to contact the manufacture even though Wayne told me I would never have to. Instead, he said we would call upon his company for any service needs. The installation came with a once a year service agreement and five years has passed without one. The fence keeps us locked out of our own yard and won't allow us to easily open for guests. I've recently had the pleasure of working with Byers Fence. From the initial contact over email/phone, timely estimate, project initiation/completion, and all matters of permitting, billing, etc...the experience was exactly how a competent and professional industry operates.

They're great until you have a problem and then they wanna disappear, be unresponsive, unprofessional and when you think they forgot about your broken fence, they send someone 3 weeks later with a nasty attitude at 8am without a call day prior or confirmation that anyone is even gonna be home. When I spoke to Wayne, he laughed at me thinking it was a funny situation and then hung up saying to do whatever I want. Even after calling them out about the unprofessionalism, he refused to deal with the situation.
