Service Department took good care of me,especially Brittany who is knowledgeable and a great communicator. My WRX suspension needed complex repair and she gave me accurate and up to date information on how the repair was coming along. Very pleased with their system the quality
"Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching" I bought my Subaru at Byers Subaru Dublin. I have had all my work completed by the service team. I had a recent issue. My Crosstrek had a low oil light. I added more oil. A few days later my oil pressure light came on. I had my vehicle towed to the service department. My buying experience was great. I love my Subaru Forrester. But I had a catastrophic issue with my engine, that was unexplainable, because maintenance had been done regularly. My car was still under warranty, but it took three months to get approved to fix it. I was disappointed that my calls were being ignored when I called the service department to inquire about the status of my car.
