Outstanding customer service from the moment I was greeted. Brandon explained everything, listened to my concerns and escorted me to a seat. I am on a walker or cane. He kept close communication and when the car was finished went over details with me. Best service I have ever had. He deserves special recognition. The work done by Alex was superb. Car drives much better. Explanations were given clearly on work that needed to be done and then completed.Byers Subaru is the best. Thank you.

I had my 60k service done as well as the hood looked at, plus my transmission drained and refilled. They needed my ascent for a whole day but set me up with a courtesy vehicle for the time they had it. They did a great job on the service. The ascent runs way better. I had some trouble with my tap to pay. I never used it before. The lady at the window was the absolute best with dealing with me for so long because of my fault. I’ve had my current Outback since 2019. The service department here is top notch and I’ve never had a bad experience. Always friendly and if there is any issue (recently had work done covered under an extended warranty that the software system didn’t show as ‘warranty work’) it is quickly resolved. Maria oversaw this recent repair and kept me informed every step of the way.
