extremely terrible service. started off okay. ended horribly.. with the service guy being overly angry for no reason... and then when we got the car back it was burning oil out the exhaust so we took it to a Non-Dealer mechanic within 3 days.. and the new mechanic said it seems like it was an amateur that did the oil change because they overfilled the oil way over the max fill line... they just drained some of the oil in it fixed everything.... sad that the dealership, mechanic and service was so bad to the fact I had to tak... read more
Service Department took good care of me,especially Brittany who is knowledgeable and a great communicator. My WRX suspension needed complex repair and she gave me accurate and up to date information on how the repair was coming along. Very pleased with their system the quality
"Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching" I bought my Subaru at Byers Subaru Dublin. I have had all my work completed by the service team. I had a recent issue. My Crosstrek had a low oil light. I added more oil. A few days later my oil pressure light came on. I had my vehicle towed to the service department. After some diagnostic work, the service team found out my Crosstrek needed a new engine due to the oil leak.
