I’ve done business with Byers collision for years, but my most recent one has not been as pleasant as before. Let’s just say the Motto for this body shop is, Employees are always right and customer is automatically wrong. I went to this body shop under insurance to have a repair done on my vehicle. Everything seemed alright until it was the lack of accuracy and information I received by an employee here. Not was I only misquoted on out of pocket expenses.
