The service department doesn’t have great communication. I came in with an issue, and was told the service manager would get back with me “in a week or so”… I had to follow up with the manager myself after not hearing back after 3 weeks just to talk to him. Not getting a call back from the service manager has happened before. Also the service department always acts like the issues are normal when I bring in my Accent, which is just over a year old. I have all of the service performed on my Subaru at this location. My car is one year old, so I only have had it serviced twice. My impression is that this service department is straightforward and honest. The service advisors are courteous and professional. They do not try to upsell you for services that make money for the dealership that are not called out for in the owner manual.
