Staff was friendly but I am frustrated that I brought my car in for an issue of the steering wheel being crooked after paying for two previous alignments elsewhere. They then suggested getting another one so I paid for that and took it for a spin after and brought it back saying the wheel is still not right and was basically told that I was wrong. The service department doesn’t have great communication. I came in with an issue, and was told the service manager would get back with me “in a week or so”… I had to follow up with the manager myself after not hearing back after 3 weeks just to talk to him. Not getting a call back from the service manager has happened before. Also the service department always acts like the issues are normal when I bring in my Accent, which is just over a year old.
