They helped me by getting the car looked at quickly, but they misdiagnosed an oil leak claimed it was just undercoat burning off. 1000 miles later further along in our trip the car, still smelling of burning oil and occasionally smoking...ended up warning me that the oil level was indeed low and the car was leaking! I can't believe this Subaru shop didn't catch the leak on that brand new car with at that time and less than 1000 miles.
