We had a 10” tree stump removed from our yard. The stump was in an easily accessible location right next to the street, and the entire job took about 10 minutes. We were charged $222, and that price did not include hauling away the wood chips. Afterward we looked into typical stump grinding costs and realized we paid significantly more than expected for a small, straightforward job.
