Zero complaints! We needed urgent help. Contacted Pats office on a Sunday night, late. Monday morning super early he was accessing and did the work at a reasonable price! He worked efficiently and hard. He was kind. Just the person we needed. I asked on Facebook, our neighborhood page-7 people recommend Pat! 1 recommended another local place and 3 recommended the same Facebook scam that was of no use but wanting thousands of dollars before doing any work. Pat is a hoot and will shoot you straight. Have used Bye Doors 4 times: garage door correction (Stone-Martin installers installed items upside down and incorrectly); correct binding, crooked indoor frame & threshold (again poor builder subcontractor); Fix garage spring that broke along w fixing snapped emergency pull handle and most recently fix garage that jumped off tracks due to teenager impatience backing out ripper her car spoiler off. Doors done WRONG! bad company. This place lies to your face and says they will fix your problem and then does horrible work. When you ask about the work, they say, oh you have a one year warranty. They take your money and then when you call to have them come fix what they did, they say, we'll you didnt hire us for that. Hire a real company, not these scammers!!
Super disappointed. We paid over 1100$ for this. We tried asking for them to please fix it and please seal door as requested, but we haven't had any response. They don't stand behind their work. You can see in pictures how bad they did. Choose a better door company.
