Great people to work with. Had an issue with birds getting into our vent to build a nest and came out installed a vent cover that the bird was actually able to tear off the screen part. So, when I mentioned that to the owner, Jesse, he came out again the next day and replaced with a more appropriate cage cover that looked much better and more appropriate to keep the birds out without any additional charge. Definitely, highly recommend Bye Bye Solutions as a company that gets the job done to your satisfaction no matter what.
Hired him for a rental property to resolve a mouce issue, and he did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and explain everything that he found. Comforted my tenants in the whys and hows so that everyone felt relieved the situation was being handled properly. Also answered every question respectfully and informitive to clear up myths about mice abatement. Accepted cash, check, or card with very fair prices.
