Horrible company, awful staff, they do not honor their commitments and harass their unhappy customers. AVOID!!!!
WORST COMPANY EVER! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We decided to cut ties with ByDesign due to their inability to maintain staff and their overall ineffective software platform, and they STILL are threatening to sue us for over $38,000 although we have not used their service in months. This is a horrible company! We signed up for their service and had 4 different account managers. Many times they do now show up for weekly meetings, overall they are a very disorganized company that can not retain staffing. We had 3 comp plan reps before our company even went live. After going live, there were countless issues including our rep “forgetting” to take us off of test mode. No orders were processed.
